We want your Plush Atelier experience to be fun, easy, and memorable from start to finish! 🧸✨ Here are a few helpful things to know before booking.

How do I reserve my party?

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

All standard party packages require a 10 participating guest minimum.

When do I confirm my guest count?

Your final guest count must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM, three (3) days before your event. Once this deadline has passed, your confirmed guest count cannot be reduced, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

Additional guests may be added based on availability and must be paid for in full.

  • Petite Package — $30 per guest.

  • Classic Package — $40 per guest.

  • Signature Package — $50 per guest.

When is my remaining balance due?

Your remaining balance is calculated based on your final confirmed guest count, minus your $75 booking deposit. Payment must be made in full by 11:59 PM, three (3) days before your event. We accept Zelle, cash, and credit/debit card payments.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

The $75 booking deposit is non-refundable. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted before 11:59 PM, three (3) days prior to your event.

We are happy to accommodate one rescheduling request, subject to availability and approval. Requests submitted after the three-day deadline will not be accepted. Once the deadline has passed, all confirmed guest payments are final and non-refundable.

How much space do you need?

  • We require a 10 ft. × 15 ft. flat, clean, dry, and accessible setup area, along with:

  • A nearby working electrical outlet

  • Access 1.5 hours before your event for setup

  • Clear access for loading and unloading

  • A safe, protected area for outdoor events

Please tell us in advance about stairs, elevators, gated entrances, gravel, parking restrictions, or other access concerns.

Do children need adult supervision?

Yes. The Plush Atelier Co. provides the plush-making experience but does not provide childcare. Minors must be supervised by a parent, guardian, Host, or responsible adult throughout the event.

Please let us know ahead of time about allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or special accommodations.

Because our experience is interactive, music and other background noise must be kept at a reasonable volume during plush-making activities so guests can hear our team’s instructions and safely participate. We may ask for the volume to be lowered when needed.

What if a plush or outfit is unavailable?

Plushes, outfits, accessories, and colors are subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to provide a comparable alternative.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged once approved and created.

Can you create Disney or other character designs?

To respect copyright, trademark, and licensing requirements, The Plush Atelier Co. does not sell or reproduce unlicensed designs featuring Disney characters or other protected characters, logos, brands, or artwork owned by third parties.

We’re happy to create an original design inspired by your celebration’s theme, colors, or aesthetic without copying protected characters or branding.

What about photos and videos?

You’ll have the opportunity to accept or decline photography and video consent during the booking process. Permission for minors must be provided by their parent or legal guardian when required.

Before You Book
