THE PLUSH ATELIER CO.
BESO EVENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & PARENT/GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT
EVENT DATE: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th, 2026
Effective September 3, 2026
This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to participation in The Plush Atelier Co. × BESO Restaurant Plush-Making Event (“Event”).
By purchasing a ticket, registering a child, and electronically accepting this Agreement, the purchasing adult and/or parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.
1. EVENT REGISTRATION & TICKETS
Registration is $30 per participating child.
Each $30 ticket admits one (1) child to participate in the Plush-Making Experience and receive the products and activities included with the Event registration.
A separate ticket is required for each participating child.
Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults who are not participating in the Plush-Making Experience do not require a Plush Atelier ticket.
If additional children decide to participate at the Event, an additional $30 ticket must be purchased for each child before participation, subject to available Plushes, supplies, staffing, space, and Event capacity.
Registration does not guarantee that a specific Plush style, color, or design will remain available. Selections are subject to availability.
2. EVENT EXPERIENCE
Each registered participating child will receive the Plush-Making Experience and items identified on the Event registration page.
The experience may include Plush selection, stuffing, a wishing-heart activity, grooming activities, a Plush T-shirt, and other Event-specific activities or products advertised as part of the registration.
Minor variations in Plush appearance, colors, materials, clothing, or other product details may occur.
The Plush Atelier Co. may substitute a reasonably comparable item if a particular product becomes unavailable.
3. PAYMENT & REGISTRATION
Payment is required to reserve participation.
A child’s registration is not confirmed until the applicable ticket payment has been successfully received.
The Parent/Guardian is responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information.
4. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & REFUNDS
Event registrations reserve Plushes, supplies, materials, staffing, and Event capacity specifically for registered participants.
Unless The Plush Atelier Co. cancels the Event, registration payments are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a registered child does not attend, any Plush and applicable Event items specifically prepared for that child may be made available to the purchasing adult or Parent/Guardian, subject to reasonable pickup arrangements.
If The Plush Atelier Co. cancels the Event and a replacement Event date is not offered or accepted, registration payments for Services and products not provided will be refunded.
If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Plush Atelier Co. or BESO Restaurant—including severe weather, emergency conditions, government restrictions, Venue closure, utility failure, or other circumstances that prevent the Event from safely proceeding—require the Event to be postponed, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule the Event and apply registrations to the replacement date.
5. PARENT/GUARDIAN SUPERVISION
The Plush Atelier Co. does not provide childcare, babysitting, or substitute adult supervision.
Children must remain accompanied and appropriately supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult throughout the Event.
The Parent/Guardian remains responsible for the child’s behavior and supervision while attending the Event.
Participation in The Plush Atelier Co.’s activities does not transfer custody or supervisory responsibility for a child to The Plush Atelier Co., BESO Restaurant, or their respective staff.
6. ACTIVITY & EQUIPMENT SAFETY
The Plush-Making Experience may involve stuffing materials, wishing hearts, Plush clothing, small accessories, grooming products, tools, supplies, and electrical equipment.
Certain products or accessories may contain small components that can present a choking hazard to young children.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether particular products or activities are age-appropriate for the child in their care.
Children and Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by The Plush Atelier Co. staff.
Participants may not operate, touch, climb on, enter behind, alter, disconnect, or otherwise improperly handle the stuffing machine or other Company Equipment unless specifically instructed and directly supervised by The Plush Atelier Co. staff.
The Plush Atelier Co. may pause or discontinue a participant’s involvement when conduct creates a reasonable safety risk to the participant, other Guests, staff, equipment, inventory, or property.
7. ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES & SPECIAL NEEDS
The Parent/Guardian is responsible for notifying The Plush Atelier Co. before participation of known allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or accommodations relevant to the Plush-Making Experience.
The Event may include optional scented grooming products.
Participation in scented or topical grooming activities is not required.
Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for determining whether individual materials or products are appropriate for their child.
8. PERSONAL PROPERTY
The Plush Atelier Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended personal belongings to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising their children’s personal belongings during the Event.
9. DAMAGE & CONDUCT
Participants and accompanying Guests are expected to behave safely and respectfully.
The Parent/Guardian may be financially responsible for damage to The Plush Atelier Co.’s equipment, inventory, displays, supplies, or other property caused by the Parent/Guardian or child through intentional conduct, negligence, misuse, unauthorized operation, or improper handling, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
The Plush Atelier Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue participation if threatening, destructive, dangerous, harassing, or severely disruptive conduct creates a reasonable risk to Guests, staff, equipment, inventory, or property.
10. VENUE
The Event is being conducted at BESO Restaurant, 4435 South Buffalo Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89147.
Participation in The Plush Atelier Co.’s Plush-Making Experience does not alter or replace any separate rules, policies, or requirements imposed by BESO Restaurant.
The Parent/Guardian and accompanying Guests remain responsible for complying with reasonable Venue rules and instructions while on the premises.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Photography and/or video recording may take place during the Event. By registering for and attending the Event, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that their child may be photographed, recorded, or incidentally appear in the background of photographs or videos taken during the Event.
Photographs and videos taken by or on behalf of The Plush Atelier Co. may be used for the Company’s website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.
If a Parent/Guardian does not want their child photographed or recorded, they must notify The Plush Atelier Co. directly and the photographer on duty upon arrival at the Event. The Plush Atelier Co. will make reasonable efforts to honor the request and avoid intentionally photographing or recording the child.
12. ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY PARTICIPATION RISKS
The Parent/Guardian understands that the Plush-Making Experience is an interactive activity involving physical materials, products, supplies, and equipment.
The Parent/Guardian accepts the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks inherent in voluntarily participating in the activities, while understanding that The Plush Atelier Co. will exercise reasonable care in providing the Plush-Making Experience.
Nothing in this Agreement releases The Plush Atelier Co. from liability that cannot legally be released or limited under applicable law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Plush Atelier Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Plush Atelier Co.’s aggregate contractual liability arising from a participant’s registration or participation will not exceed the amount paid to The Plush Atelier Co. for that participant’s Event registration.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
To the extent legally permitted, any legal action arising from this Agreement or The Plush Atelier Co.’s Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance of this Agreement may be used to the extent permitted by applicable Nevada law.
The Plush Atelier Co. may retain an electronic record of acceptance, including the Parent/Guardian’s name, contact information, date and time of acceptance, registered child’s information, and the version of this Agreement accepted.
PARENT/GUARDIAN ACCEPTANCE
By checking the acknowledgment box and continuing with registration / payment, I confirm that:
I am at least eighteen (18) years old and am the child’s parent/legal guardian or am otherwise authorized to register the child for the Event.
I have been provided access to and have read this BESO Event Participation Agreement & Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment.
I understand that one $30 ticket is required for each participating child.
I understand that additional children may participate only after purchasing an additional ticket and only if space, inventory, supplies, staffing, and Event capacity permit.
I understand that The Plush Atelier Co. does not provide childcare and participating children must remain appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
I have disclosed or will disclose any known allergy, sensitivity, accessibility need, or accommodation relevant to participation.
I understand and agree to the safety and equipment requirements described above.
I agree to the Event registration, cancellation, and participation terms contained in this Agreement.
